Let's begin our journey with a study on the basic parts of our earth - air, land, & water! This unit helps children learn about the world around them. We will explore land and water forms, layers of the earth, layers of the atmosphere, types of clouds, landmarks around the world, and Montessori continents.

We will explore the seasons, calendar work, 24 hours, months of the year, clock activities, timelines, and extra fun with learning colors. Also, included is a gorgeous Montessori inspired DIY felt mat for the months of the year, a DIY bead chain and a Montessori inspired wall calendar with a weekly schedule.

Children love learning about the different animals around the world with hands-on activities and sensory play! We will learn about animals of the continents, animal tracks, animals who hibernate, migrate, and adapt as wel as about animals who live in six different biomes: forest, wetlands, desert, rainforest, savannah, and tundra.

JOIN US as we learn about our awesome human bodies! In the ANATOMY unit study, we will learn about different body systems, parts of the body, the internal organs, five senses, and emotions.

Let's blast off into outer space! In this unit study, we will expand the boundaries of our physical world and venture into the universe. This unit is full of fresh, captivating content that will spark your child's interest in astronomy. We will explore the solar system, earth, moon, stars, satellites, "Me on the Map", space flight and more!

This month you will meet your brand new friends here at Little Hands Learn, Lili and Eli. They will help you learn good manners and show you how you can spread love and kindness in your neighborhood.

In the botany unit study, we will learn all about plants with the main focus on vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs. We will also explore all the leaf shapes and even create them from felt. Let's not forget about your nature helpers, such as ladybugs and earth worms! You will also learn about photosynthesis.

JOIN US as we travel to the friendly farm! In the FARM to TABLE unit study, we are going to learn all about the farm. We will learn about farm animals, farm machinery, farm to table products, and more! We will also learn how the farm promotes environmental stewardship by composting, re-using products, and helping bees.

We will also explore the oceans of the world and layers of the ocean. Also, how we can help protect our oceans and keep them clean.

JOIN US as we splash into ponds and rivers discover the beauty and diversity within them. In the POND & RIVER unit study, we will learn about the animal life, plants, types of turtles and frogs. We will also explore the environment of ponds and river to learn how every part brings balance to the ecosystem.
